The last few years I’ve been doing 1-2 spartan races year. I find it a really good way of testing my fitness and it gets me outside.
The whole day is physically and mentally exhausting but so very fulfilling. This was at the new place in Tooradin, Victoria.
Quite different to the old one, less hills that’s for sure, but challenging in many other ways. It was very hot during the race, around 30 degrees Celsius, along with smoke from bushfires nearby.
I managed to compete all the obstacles except the last ring on the ring swing, but I was so happy with my effort. It’s totally worth it and good for anyone regardless of your fitness level.
Looks amazing.Well done!
